Precautions
- Substrate must be level, solid, dry (moisture ≤9%), clean, free of dust, unevenness, or cracks
- External corners and transitions should be rounded with radius ≥50 mm; internal corners chamfered at 45°
- Embedded parts and pipelines must be installed per design drawings; slope of 5% required within 500 mm around water outlets
- Expansion joints: width 5–20 mm, connected with insulation layer
- Grooves for terminations must be smooth
- Construction prohibited during rain, snow, or wind ≥ level 5
- Hot-melt construction temperature ≥ -10°C
Packaging, Transportation & Storage
- Different types and specifications should be stacked separately, not mixed
- Avoid direct sunlight, rain; ensure ventilation
- Storage temperature ≤ 50°C
- Store vertically in single layers only; during transport, max. two layers upright
- Protect from tilting or lateral pressure; cover with tarpaulin if necessary
Under normal storage/transport conditions, shelf life is 12 months from production date
