Scope of Application
- Mainly used for roofs, basements, civil defense projects, utility tunnels, subways, grain storage, and landfill projects.
Product Features
- High tensile strength and elongation, low shrinkage, excellent dimensional stability.
- Excellent aging resistance, chemical resistance, and root-puncture resistance.
- Good weldability, with heat-welded seams integrating fully with the substrate; no delamination at overlaps.
- Good water vapor permeability, allowing condensation to escape.
- Excellent flexibility at high and low temperatures, suitable for environments with wide temperature variations.
- Made with environmentally friendly materials, non-polluting, with long service life.
Executive Standards
- GB 12952-2011 《Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Waterproof Roll Materials》
- Root-resistant rolls meet all exposed roll requirements of GB 12952-2011 and GB/T 35468-2017 《Root-Resistant Waterproof Rolls for Green Roofs》
Construction Methods
- Mechanical Welding: Use welding machines for large-area installation; fast construction.
- Manual Welding: Use handheld welding guns for small areas or details. Manual welding includes three steps:
- Spot welding: Fix roll position; lightly heat and press.
- Pre-welding: Seal edges to prevent heat dissipation.
- Final welding: Fully join two rolls into one.
- Spot welding: Fix roll position; lightly heat and press.
- Cold Adhesion: Use compatible adhesive for full or partial bonding; weld overlap edges tightly.
- Mechanical Fastening: Secure rolls to the substrate with mechanical fasteners; weld overlaps to ensure seal.
Transportation and Storage
- Store different types and specifications separately; do not mix.
- Avoid direct sunlight and rain; ensure ventilation.
- Maximum storage temperature: 45℃; store flat, stacking height ≤5 layers; vertical storage in single layers.
- Keep away from acids, alkalis, oils, and organic solvents.
Prevent tilting or compression during transport; cover if necessary.
