Black Gold Shield Poly Roof Roll – Pre-Applied Self-Adhesive Waterproof Membrane with High Strength

YSBP Black Gold Shield Poly Roof Roll is a pre-applied self-adhesive waterproof roll designed for pre-lay, anti-adhesive construction. It is made with a polyester base fabric as reinforcement, coated with modified asphalt on both sides. The bottom surface is covered with polyethylene film or fine sand as a release layer, while the top surface is coated with silicone release film or paper.

• High tensile strength and elongation due to polyester base, with strong tear, puncture, and rupture resistance. Adaptable to substrate shrinkage and cracking.

Construction Method

1. Pre-lay rolls starting with horizontal surfaces first, then vertical surfaces.
   
2. Use a heavy roller on overlaps to ensure full adhesion.
   
3. For low-temperature installation, use a hot air welding gun to assist adhesion.
   
4. During vertical installation, mechanically fix edges every 400–600 mm within 10–20 mm of the edge.
   
5. At transitions from horizontal to vertical surfaces contacting permanent protection walls, use loose-lay method.
   
6. When no protection wall is installed, apply reliable protection measures at horizontal-to-vertical transitions.
   

Transportation and Storage

• Store different types and specifications separately; do not mix.
  
• Avoid sunlight and rain, ensure ventilation.
  
• Maximum storage temperature: 45℃. Flat storage: ≤5 layers; vertical storage: single layer.
  
• During transport, prevent tilting or lateral pressure; cover with tarpaulin if necessary.
  
• Shelf life: 1 year under normal storage and transport conditions.
