High-Adhesion Anti-Skid Rubber Asphalt Waterproof Coating
Younson high-adhesion anti-skid rubber asphalt waterproof coating is a single-component waterproof coating prepared using polymer-modified asphalt technology. This product combines the environmental friendliness and ease of application of water-based coatings with the advantages of strong adhesion and high elongation after curing due to multiple special additives. It is suitable for underground vertical walls and composite applications with waterproof membranes, and is most effectively applied using mechanized spraying.

Construction Method
- Substrate Preparation:
- Ensure the substrate is solid, flat, dust-free, and oil-free.
- Uneven areas and cracks should be repaired with polymer cement mortar.
- Clean thoroughly before construction.
- Corners, pipe penetrations, and intersections between horizontal and vertical surfaces should be rounded or chamfered.

- Detail Reinforcement Layer:
- Apply a first layer of coating at critical points and embed a mesh fabric for reinforcement.
- Apply a second layer of coating over the mesh.
- Reinforcement width: 500 mm, thickness: 1.0 mm.

- Large Area Coating:
- After reinforcement layer dries, apply coatings over large surfaces.
- Number of coats depends on design thickness. Each coat should be uniform without exposure, bubbles, or accumulation.
- After the first coat dries, apply the second coat. Drying time depends on ambient temperature and humidity.
- Check that coating thickness reaches at least 1.5 mm. Repair any defects such as pinholes, bubbles, or exposed substrate.
- After reinforcement layer dries, apply coatings over large surfaces.
- Composite Membrane Installation:
- When combining with waterproof membranes, press and remove air during installation.
- For vertical surfaces, ensure tight sealing, mechanical fixing, and stepwise backfilling to prevent slippage.

Transportation and Storage
- Store different types and specifications separately.
- Avoid sunlight, rain, and moisture; ensure good ventilation.
- Maximum storage temperature: 45°C.
- Stacking limits: No more than five layers when stored flat.
- Keep away from acids, alkalis, oils, and organic solvents.
- During transport, prevent tilting or lateral pressure; cover with tarpaulin if necessary.
Shelf life under normal storage and transport conditions: 12 months from production date.
