Huzhou Nanxun High-Speed Railway Station
The Shanghai–Suzhou–Huzhou High-Speed Railway is a key corridor enabling Nanxun to connect with Shanghai. The Nanxun Station Comprehensive Transportation Hub Supporting Project, including the high-speed rail station front square construction, covers approximately 50,000 m² of commercial development and around 36,000 m² of underground parking, along with other building works. It also includes municipal public facilities such as urban bus stations and long-distance passenger transport stations, as well as outdoor auxiliary facilities like roads and landscaping. Both the east and west squares of the project have been constructed using Younson brand waterproofing materials.
China Railway 10th Bureau – Ningbo Metro Line 8 Hongtang Depot
The Ningbo Hongtang Depot project has a total construction area of approximately 117,800 m². The construction scope includes civil engineering, electromechanical systems, municipal connections, interior decoration, and the four electrical installations. The project is complex, covering a large area and wide scope, making it one of the most challenging sections of Phase 1 of Ningbo Metro Line 8 in 2023.
Ningbo–Cixi Suburban Railway Project – Longshan Depot
The Ningbo–Cixi Suburban Railway line spans approximately 64 km and includes 13 stations, with an average distance of about 5.3 km between stations. Among these, 7 are underground stations and 6 are elevated stations. The line features the Longshan Depot located in Cixi.
The Longshan Depot is situated in Longshan Town, Cixi City, bounded by Santang Hengjiang to the east, Lingfeng Road to the north, Wutang Henghe to the west, and Zhilehong to the south, with the connecting station at Longshan Station. The depot occupies a planned land area of approximately 32.395 hectares (excluding access tracks) and has a total construction area of about 83,500 m².
Huzhou Xiangxin·Wanda Fenghua Plaza
Wanda Fenghua Plaza is located in Huzhou’s sub-center and serves as an important supporting development for the new urban center of Wuxing District. The project has a total construction area of approximately 600,000 m².
Huzhou Shushan Primary School New Construction Project
The Shushan Primary School new construction project is located in the eastern part of Wuxing District, Huzhou, bounded by Nanwan Road to the east, Pishan South Road to the south, Wutian Road to the west, and a river to the north. The project covers a total land area of 65.8 acres with a total construction area of 48,270 m², including 44,451 m² above ground and 3,819 m² underground. The school is designed for 48 teaching classes, accommodating 2,160 students, with a total project budget of 335 million RMB.
Huzhou Lechengli · The Voice of China Original Music Base
The Lechengli project is located in the core area of the eastern new city of Wuxing District, Huzhou, at the intersection of Wuxing Avenue and Xiaoshan Road. The project has a total construction area of 101,000 m² and plans 1,144 parking spaces. It features hotels, dining, entertainment, lifestyle facilities, and children’s amenities throughout the entire block. The Voice of China Yue (Le) Chengli Music Base project has a planned total investment of 550 million RMB and aims to introduce the “The Voice of China” brand, creating areas for original music, live houses, and a “Dream Factory.” The project will also host events such as “The Voice of China National Tour (Huzhou Stop).” Once completed, it is expected to become the nation’s first “The Voice of China Original Music Base.”
Xingyuan Resettlement Community, Guoyang County, Bozhou
The Phase II of the Xingyuan Resettlement Community is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Ziguang Avenue and Xingyuan South Road in Guoyang County. The project has a total construction area of approximately 275,000 m² with a total investment of about 619 million RMB. Once completed, the community will provide housing for 2,003 households.
Xiangxin · Yueyuanli Project
The Yueyuanli project covers a planned land area of approximately 70,773 m² with a floor area ratio of 1.5, resulting in an above-ground floor area of about 106,147 m². The land was acquired by Xiangxin Group on June 27, 2022, for a total price of 798 million RMB, at a transaction floor price of 7,517 RMB/m² with a premium rate of 0.13%. Yueyuanli is located in the Qian Village area of the Eastern New City, south of Ao Qinghui. The project is bounded by Caodangyang Road to the north, separated from Xihu Yangjiayuan by Shengshan Road to the west, Yeditiyang Road to the south, and a planned river to the east.
Kunshan Water Dream Park
Kunshan Water Dream Park is a large-scale tourism project invested by Beijing Water Dream Tourism Industry Group and is the first major tourism project to commence construction following substantive development in the Kunshan Tourism Resort Area. The project is located in Bacheng Town, Kunshan, on the west side of Zuchongzhi Road (Weicheng Road) and the south side of Jinxi Road. The total site area is approximately 248,000 m² with a total investment of 2.197 billion RMB. Designed according to national 5A-level scenic area standards, the project has engaged world-leading urban planning and theme park design firms. Kunshan Water Dream Park aims to become a central urban leisure and entertainment destination, integrating experience, recreation, entertainment, and vacation.
Tonglu Zhongtong Yun Valley Project
The Zhongtong Yun Valley project is invested and developed by Zhongtong Express Group, with a planned total investment of 2 billion RMB and a site area of approximately 500 acres. The project will integrate Zhongtong Academy, a training center, talent aggregation for funds, Zhongtong Financial, industrial funds, and a logistics big data center, creating a comprehensive hub for healthcare and new financial services.
